Louis Tomlinson Releases New Single ‘Imposter’ Music Video Starring James Nelson-Joyce Premieres Tomorrow Third Album ‘How Did I Get Here?’ Released This Friday 23rd January
Louis Tomlinson today releases his new single ‘Imposter’.
‘Imposter’ is a raw and low-fi indie pop song featuring a pulsing bassline and dirty guitars. Written by Louis with Nico Rebscher and Dave Gibson, the lyrics talk about Louis’s reality of experiencing imposter syndrome and not feeling worthy.
«I can’t get this feeling out my head, that I am the imposter. I don’t really know who I am anymore»
Louis says: «Imposter was written in the jungle in Costa Rica. Conceptually it leans into the idea of identity. It’s probably the most melodic moment on the record, I’m really excited for the world to finally hear it!»

The reflective video for ‘Imposter’ goes live tomorrow afternoon and stars the RTS winning actor James Nelson-Joyce (This City Is Ours, A Thousand Blows). https://louist.lnk.to/ImposterVideoPR
‘Imposter’ is taken from Louis’s upcoming third album ‘How Did I Get Here?’, which will be released this Friday 23rd January 2026 and is available for pre-order now at https://louist.lnk.to/HowDidIGetHerePR
For his third album Louis has pushed himself as a lyricist, songwriter, and performer, holding nothing back on these tracks. As a writer, he’s diving deeper into who he is than ever before. This time around, Louis assembled a handful of initial ideas in the English countryside before decamping to Santa Teresa in Costa Rica for three weeks in early 2025. He dove into writing and recording alongside primary collaborator and co-producer Nico Rebscher [Aurora, Alice Merton]. The atmosphere of his surroundings underscored the ensuing body of work.
First single ‘Lemonade’ was playlisted by Radio 1, Radio 2 and Capital in the UK, and Louis performed the track on Radio 1’s Live Lounge alongside a cover of Hozier’s ‘Too Sweet’.
Second release ‘Palaces’ received critical acclaim from Clash Magazine calling it «A terrific, finessed piece of melodic indie, with a real sense of theatre and drama to the vocal.» Louis performed the track in an ‘Amazon Music Presents’ session and headlined Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball at The O2 in London.
Louis has just announced a special gig at Racket in New York this Friday 23rd, and he will appear on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon this Thursday 22nd. Sunday 25th January will see ‘How Did I Get Here? The Experience’ take place in London, an immersive event at Outernet featuring large-scale visualisers and exclusive merch.
This year Louis will embark on a huge ‘How Did We Get Here?’ world arena tour that will visit Europe and North America starting March 2026. Tickets are on sale now.
Following a world-conquering run as a member of One Direction, Louis formally introduced himself as a solo artist with Walls [2020]. Dubbed “excellent” by Rolling Stone, his debut LP moved over 1.2 million copies worldwide and reeled in nearly 1 billion total streams. Two years later, he leveled up on Faith In The Future [2022]. The album hit No.1 in the UK, Spain, Argentina and Belgium and cracked the Top 5 of the US Billboard 200, capturing No.2 on the Top Album Sales Chart, Top Current Album Sales Chart, Top Independent Albums Chart, and Top Vinyl Albums Chart.
Louis has shined on collaborations such as the Platinum-certified “Back To You” [feat. Bebe Rexha & Digital Farm Animals] and Gold-certified “Just Hold On” with Steve Aoki. Beyond a slew of awards, he also impressively emerged as the rare presence who could appear on Family Guyor compete in the coveted football game Soccer Aid on the English squad. Along the way, he launched The Away From Home Festival (now in its fifth year), which he curates and headlines.
Notably, the Faith in the Future World Tour canvased five continents and affirmed his status as one of today’s most in-demand live performers, selling out arenas to capacity in 34 countries and stadiums in five countries, making an incredible homecoming at The O2 Arena in London. He accomplished yet another extraordinary feat and once again made history as the very first male solo artist to headline Mexico City’s Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez F1 track. In 2023 Louis released a feature length documentary ‘All Of Those Voices’ which was screened in cinemas in 65 countries, and had movie premieres in London, Tokyo, LA and Mexico City.

Orbit Culture Release Live Video For «The Storm» + North American Tour Starts 2/18
Right before embarking on their next quest — an extensive tour throughout USA and Canada with support coming from Ov Sulfur and Atlas — ORBIT CULTURE are releasing a live video for the fan-favorite «The Storm,» which was filmed by Riivata Visuals and Grimvisions during their highly successful European tour last winter.
Watch the video here.
The band comments, «This video for ‘The Storm’ documents our last headline tour. Most of the footage was shot in Gothenburg, close to where we come from. Watching it now brings us back to a night that carried real weight — intense, focused, and honest. It was a defining moment for us, and ‘The Storm’
reflects that feeling without needing to explain it.»
It marks another video for their acclaimed album Death Above Life that was released to overwhelmingly positive feedback by fans and media in October of last year.
«The album represents change, a new beginning,» says guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Niklas Karlsson. «It brings up a lot of good and bad emotions but it’s a big change for the better. It feels like a rebirth.»

Acclaimed Texas Alt-Rock Band SPARTA Stream New Documentary, «Scenic Drive,» Today Via VEEPS; Information On New Album To Be Announced Soon
VEEPS and Sparta have announced the world premiere of Scenic Drive, the acclaimed El Paso, TX-based alt-rock band’s brand new documentary. Premiering today, Thursday, February 12, Scenic Drive finds frontman Jim Ward taking a road trip — literally and figuratively — through the past while also looking forward to the future. Shot in stark, striking black and white, the film follows Ward back home in El Paso, retracing the steps, both small and significant, that he took there in his youth, alongside those he’s taking now.
One thing all humans have the unique ability to do is look back. In Scenic Drive, Ward heads steadily towards the forthcoming Sparta record by revisiting songs from earlier in the band’s career. It serves as an acknowledgement that even though he’s moving on to what he calls a new volume in his and the band’s life, the past will never not be there. The result is 40 striking, stirring, moving minutes that capture the poetry of life — of older eyes looking back on younger years — as time continues to steadily march on, the way time always does.
Join the global premiere of Sparta’s Scenic Drive, taking place today over at VEEPSHERE. A limited edition Scenic Drive t-shirt and bundle is also available for pre-order now via VEEPS. Use code 5OFF when purchasing a ticket & shirt in the same transaction for $5 off your order.
And stay tuned for more information on the forthcoming studio album from Sparta to be announced in the coming weeks.
